What payment methods are accepted?
Payment methods accepted are shown on the bottom of each page on the site.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We are unable to accept any returns or refunds once items are personalised.
When will my order be despatched?
We will aim to despatch your order within 10 working days of receipt with the exception of orders including Nike items. If your order includes a Nike item, please note that this will take longer than the standard despatch time.
Should you require your order for a specific date please email mail@imageideas.co.uk and we will do our utmost to facilitate this where possible.
We will advise via email when you order has been completed and ready for despatch.
Please allow 2-3 days to receive your order from this date.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail 48 tracked or UPS/ DHL for larger orders. Please note that there will need to be someone in to receive your order as a signature will be required.
What should I do if I receive my order damaged?
Should you receive your order and the items are damaged on receipt please ensure you take a photo as soon as you have received them and email this to mail@imageideas.co.uk and we will look into this with the respective carrier company and rectify the issue. We will be in touch to
explain the procedure and solution.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Currently collection from the club is not an option but the club are looking into options to accommodate this, you can collect from Image Ideas 71 Edna Road Maidstone, Kent, ME14 2QN,if you select this option we will be in touch when your order is completed to discuss the most suitable day / time to collect.
